Here are some, not all, cool events going on around Nashville and surrounding areas! I have put quotes straight from the events to hopefully give you some insight on what to expect! While some are free to attend, please verify prices before going to each event.
FULL MOON PICKIN’ PARTY May 17th @ 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
“Come on out to the barn and enjoy Nashville’s tradition of pickin’ in the park with 2,000 of your Warner Park friends! Bluegrass and Roots pickers jam in circles in and around the barn, while three headlining bands perform on the stage.”
BIG GUITAR BREWFEST
“Beer lovers take the field at First Tennessee Park on Friday, May 17 for the fourth annual Big Guitar Brewfest presented by Puckett’s. From 7:00 to 11:00 p.m., over 50 local and craft breweries will be in the outfield for beer connoisseurs to enjoy. Puckett’s famous Trolley Parton food trolley is set to be at the event and dishing out pulled pork sandwiches, brisket nachos & the melt-in-your-mouth Piggy Mac (and Cheese).”
NASHVILLE ROSE FESTIVAL May 18th @ 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM NOTE: No Children Allowed
“We are excited to offer a tasting of over 70+ Rosé wines, including limited and allocated special Rosé in the specialty tent. We will be featuring several local breweries including some specialty one-off beers made exclusively for the festival. Plus a great variety of food trucks and vendors. Stay tuned for our all-new VIP experience as well!”
URBAN GARDENING FESTIVAL May 18th @ 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM “The Master Gardeners of Davidson County proudly host the premier gardening event in Middle Tennessee: Urban Gardening Festival. Hosting this festival supports our mission of providing educational resources to the community on topics related to environmental stewardship and residential horticulture.”
